THE SOCIAL IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT INSTRUMENT RESEARCH STUDY

Vigere’s Founder and Managing Principal, Tonya Echols, is a doctoral candidate in Organizational and Leadership Psychology at William James College. For her doctoral project, she is researching the impact of social identity on self-perspectives and social engagements in adult development.

As part of this study, Tonya has created an instrument to assess different stages of social identity development. The instrument survey should take 20-25 minutes to complete. Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses are confidential.
