She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) of which she is also a Global member and President-Elect of the Georgia Chapter. Tonya holds Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) where she is also an Associate Training Coach delivering an exceptional training experience to aspiring coaches.

Tonya has 20 years of experience in corporate management, digital/traditional media, coaching, leadership development, and finance. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Business Administration and a Certified Public Accountant. Tonya utilizes her diverse background and experience to help leaders achieve their professional and personal goals.
