This diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging coaching certification course focuses on bringing a DEI-informed lens to your coaching practice—shifting consciousness by bringing awareness to topics such as bias and inclusive mindsets—and leveraging your coaching skills to support raising the consciousness of the world with the additional foundational awareness of DEI-related topics.
Graduates of the course will earn their Core Energy Diversity Coach™ (CEDC) certification and 35 ICF-approved CCE hours (21 Core Competency hours and 14 Resource Development hours).
Course Prerequisite: iPEC CPC and ELI-MP certification
This 10-session virtual live course will provide established coaches with a strong, energetic, and cognitive foundation for understanding bias, privilege, and the main concepts of DEI to bring into your coaching sessions and for your personal growth.
